"Please read and follow these rules precisely, as there will be no Pre-Tournament Meeting"
1. 100% Pay-out based on total entries: pay 1 place per 10 boats (Example: 50 boats - 5 places, etc.)
2. Smallest Total weight will win the Waterbec T-Shirt Award.
3. Fishing ofIlimits May 23,2010,12:01 am to 7:00 am starting time.
4. Any entries after May 16, 2010 cash only (can also be accepted at Bait Boy Inc., Bob Warren Boat Sales.)
Also cash at 528 Boat Launch on May 23, 2010 from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM.
5. MANDATORY BOAT CHECK AT 528 BOAT LAUNCH, STARTING AT 5:30 AM, AFTER BOAT CHECK YOU MAY
LAUNCH FROM ANY BOAT LAUNCH, BUT CAN NOT LEAVE THE BOAT LAUNCH UNTIL 6:00 AM. NO FISHING
UNTIL 7:00 AM.
6. BOTH TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT, ON THE WATER, AT TIME OF CHECK-IN AND WEIGH-IN TO WIN
PRIZES. You must fish together in the same boat and are not allowed to leave boat (except in dire emergency). No spectators
allowed on your boat. NO FISHING WITHIN 50 YARDS OF OPPONENTS ANCHORED BOAT.
7. Tournament will be held regardless of weather.
8. The number of crappies the team brings to the checker at the weigh-in site will be final, not to exceed ten. No dead crappies
will be weighed.
9. At morning boat check you will receive a Poker Chip with your boat number on it. There will be no check in boat. Deposit
chip in bucket on dock before 3:00 pm. If you are late you will be disqualified. Bring your own bucket or bag to carry fish in.
SCALES WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 3: 15 PM and wil1 close at 3:45 PM. USE YOUR HEAD OR YOUR FISH WILL BE
DEAD! DO NOT TRAILER BOAT TILL AFTER CHECK IN!
10. Tie breaker by lunker crappie. If still tied, by number offish. Then if still tied, add both places & split winnings.
11. Each team is responsible for their catch. RETURNING FISH TO LAKE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
12. One lunker crappie entry per team. Team must designate lunker at time of weigh-in.
13. Live or artificial bait permitted/trolling allowed.
14. All PA Fish Commission and Park Rules apply. NO FISHING IN MARINAS, PROPAGATION AREA AND BUOY AREAS.
If cited for any reason, you are disqualified. Fishing and boating licenses are responsibility ofteam members. Participants
must wear Coast Guard approved life jackets when gas engine is running.
Any team having a member who has ever failed a polygraph or similar test administered by a fishing tournament for purpose of
determining eligibility for a prize or who has ever been denied a prize because he or she misrepresented compliance with a
tournament's rule will not be eligible for a prize. ANY PROTEST MUST BE IN WRITING, AND HANDED TO AN OFFICIAL
BEFORE 3:45 PM.
All decisions regarding crappies alive or dead and compliance with these rules and the interpretation ofthese rules will be made
by the committee which reserves the right to make additional reasonable rules for the conduct of it's tournament as circumstances
require.
