Went to Lake Arthur again Saturday with my Dad. We fished from around noon to 5pm. We only got two bites all day. One small largemouth and one of which was this nice 3.5 lb largemouth.



We didn't find a lot of fish but we had a nice day on the water.

That is a pretty nice largemouth. Dad and I were out all day and only managed 4 bass. 1 was a keeper, but nothing like your dad's fish.

Nice fish. Makes me want to dust off my bass stuff and head out to the lake this weekend.

Fished the KBBC tournament this weekend in the same area we got her and was only about to manage 2 small keepers and 9 dinks. We got our fish on a mix of jerkbaits, chatterbaits, and dragging beavers. Most guys were fishing really shallow, 2-4 feet, but we stayed outside of everyone in 6-7 feet of water to catch our fish.
