We are looking for some volunteers that are willing to take a local veteran out on the three rivers for the first annual Hooked on Heroes bass fishing tournament.

When: August 12, 2017
Where: South Side
Boat launch Time: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

We are looking for 30 boats to each take one hero out. Most of the guys have fished in the past but they may or maynot have equipment, so please do have a few rods and reels availbe for them to use. This tournament is focused on the veterans and prizes will be given to the veterans based on the heavy four bass caught by the boat. Artificial lures only and there will be no limit to where you can go as long as you don’t break any PF&B laws. There will also be food and drinks during weigh-in after the tournament

For the boaters there will also be door prize drawing based on your boat number. All boat numbers will go in a hat and the winner will receive an AR-15.

Please sign up at the link below if you’re able to come out and take a veteran out for the day

Fishing has always been a passion of my. I have been fishing since I was old enough to walk and still have the same, anytime any place attitude about going fishing. In 2005 I started fishing some local bass tournaments, Butler BassCasters Wednesday Night tournaments, Local Opens, and a few K.B.B.C tournaments. It has been a great experience and I have learned a lot from the guys I fish with.
