Catfish and Carp fishing baits tend to be slightly different than the baits used to catch other fish. It is important to have a bait that smells, so the fish can locate it faster. I have seen multiple guys on TV use soap as a bait, but here is a guide telling you how to make your own soap baits. The video is great but this seems to me this would work really well in the 3 rivers.
